About the Apple / Fruit Grader with Brusher.
Our Apple/Fruit Grader with Brusher (Models AG-40 and AG-80) is a compact machine designed for high productivity in minimal space. Manufactured after extensive research by our experienced team, these machines clean fruits using soft nylon bristles and polish them with horse hair rollers. The gentle rubbing brings out the natural shine of the fruit skin, increasing visual appeal.
Grading is done on a moving belt by passing the apples through the gap between the belt and rotating rubber-coated rollers. The AG-40 handles 40 boxes per hour (1 TPH) with a 5+1 grade belt grader, 16 brushing/polishing rollers, and 6 collection tables. The AG-80 doubles capacity to 80 boxes per hour (2 TPH) and adds a jet water spray sprinkle with sponge roller drying and air blower section.
Both models feature a robust totally-bolted structure for easy on-site assembly, two-point grading adjustment brackets for calibration, and GI sheet/MS tube construction.
