About the Egg Washing, Drying & Grading Unit.
Our Egg Washing, Drying and Grading Unit (Model HEWG 06) is a complete integrated processing line that takes eggs through washing, drying, UV sanitization, and electronic weight grading in a single pass.
The system includes a two-lane feeding roller conveyor for manual egg feeding, a manual candling station where operators inspect eggs using light passed through from below, a pre-wash section using recirculated hot water with 22 oscillating nylon brushes, a final wash section using fresh hot water, a drying section with multiple air knife systems that remove water from top and sides, an interconnecting conveyor, an orienteer conveyor, a UV sanitization unit, an electronic weight grader for single-lane weighing with high accuracy, a grading section that separates eggs into 3 weight grades, collection tables, and a Delta HMI/PLC/VFD control panel.
All water contact parts and structural components are manufactured in SS-304 grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.
