About the Mechanical Egg Grading Machine.
The MEG 4.5 is a mechanical egg grading system designed for medium-scale poultry farms and packing operations. It performs weight-based grading into 5 categories with dedicated output lanes, complete with infeed orienter, grading unit, and collection system.
The manual infeed roller conveyor with 3-lane orienter aligns eggs uniformly for accurate weight measurement using smooth MS rollers with food-safe coating and vibration-free operation. The mechanical grading unit provides 5 customer-configurable weight categories with ±1-1.5g accuracy, featuring an overload release mechanism and robust MS chassis.
Five dedicated collection lanes with soft-drop design reduce shell cracks, and easy-remove MS bins/trays simplify packing. The machine is designed for continuous 8-10 hour operation with less than 1% breakage rate under normal conditions. Installation and commissioning are included in the standard package.
