About the Apple Washing / Brushing / Vision Grading Plant.
Hybrid Agrobots has designed complete apple grading plants on rugged structures keeping in mind rough Indian operating conditions. The compact plant ensures minimal space requirement while maintaining full grading production capacity.
The complete plant includes an automatic crate water dumper with elevator for gentle initial handling, a washing and brushing section with soft nylon and horse hair brushes, a sponging/polishing section to bring out natural fruit shine, and the VG 600 vision grading machine for precision sorting.
The vision system processes 9 apples per second across 3 lanes with 360° rotation on the conveyor for complete inspection. Sorting is performed into 24 grades based on colour, size, and defect with ±1mm accuracy for both size and defect detection. The entire plant is constructed in Stainless Steel AISI 304 and features remote maintenance capability with smart screen/phone control.
