About the Vision Grading Machine (VG 600).
The Vision Grading Machine (Model VG 600) is an advanced equipment designed to accurately grade fruits, particularly apples, using computer vision technology. The machine incorporates high-end cameras, sensors, and intelligent algorithms to measure various attributes of each fruit in real time.
The system uses high-resolution cameras with controlled lighting to capture detailed images of each fruit as it passes on moving cups. Sophisticated algorithms analyze size (±1mm diameter accuracy), colour (multiple shade grades), shape, maturity, and external defects (detection as small as 1mm). Fruits are automatically diverted into designated outlets based on grading logic.
The V-Belt singulator deposits fruits one by one into weighing cups, with a bristle roller at the end to reduce impact. High-accuracy Class-C4 load cells measure weight, and the vision unit handles 9 apples per second across 3 lanes. The grading process is gentle, soft nylon and horse hair brushes enhance natural fruit shine while the gentle rubbing cleans without damage.
Available in 2 TPH, 5 TPH, and 10 TPH configurations with colour + size + defect grading into 6+ grades plus rejection.
