About the Egg Packing / Repacker Machine.
Our Automatic Egg Farm Packer (Model HEPM-25) is designed for high-speed, precise packing of graded eggs into standard trays. The system connects directly to our egg grading and candling machines.
The packer includes an infeed conveyor with 6-lane oriental unit to receive eggs from the grading line, a PVC belt farm packer for individual grade packing into 30-egg trays (capacity 25,000 EPH), an empty tray feeding conveyor for manual feeding of empty trays, collection tables for filled trays, and a Delta HMI/PLC/VFD control panel.
For repacking operations, the Model ER-75 provides servo-based pick-and-place arm assembly with acrylic cover, pneumatic tray stacker, feeding belt conveyor, output belt conveyor, rotary table, and all-SS-304 construction. The repacker handles 10, 25, and 30-egg tray formats.
